We've made some changes that should hopefully resolve the problem. Could you monitor and let us know if the issue is now resolved
Thanks

Morning,
I'm sorry to hear this. Can I just confirm, are you currently using the wifi hub 2 router or the eero?
Thanks
Michelle

It's a handset design fault.
Certain handsets, commonly those made by BT like the 8500 and 8600, do have a design fault. The Digital Voice service sends an auto reset that will reset the service after a call has ended but not properly terminated. It's a standard function to ensure that all calls are ended properly. But on the affected handsets the receipt of the reset registers a call. Most handsets have no problems I should add.
TalkTalk do have a fix so I'll request that for you. You'll get a response here next week from TalkTalk Support.
