I’ve been receiving calls every half hour, but the number appears as NO NUMBER. please can someone look into this. I have the Wi-Fi hub 2 router. After reading about this I be,I event is to do with the VOIP settings

Hi,
I’m still having issues with the ‘no number’ problem, whatever fix that was applied appears not to have worked, also I don’t know if this is related but sometimes the incoming call ringtone does not ring on my extension phone although it works fine on the main unit connected to the router. Please can you look into this as urgently as possible
