Vulnerable neighbor without phone

My neighbor has lost the ability to call out, it tells her to go  onto talk talk website but she does not have any way to do this. I'm very concerned as we had to break into her property at the weekend because she had fallen. She needs a way to contact the outside. Can somebody contact me soi i can pass on her details.

If you still need assistance with this can you please update your community profile to include your:

• Name
• Telephone number
• Alternative contact number
• Can you add the same details for you neighbour in the private notes section

Complete your own community forum profile, @nrosko, in Personal Information and, at the end of that section, in Private Notes, add your neighbour's full details.

Go via your avatar; settings; drop down menu.....scroll down afterwards to SAVE CHANGES. 

You could also call out from your own line / mobile with your neighbour present to explain details and pass security for their own number. That might be quicker. 03451 720088 is available till 7pm.
