We are unable to receive incoming calls to home. If we call our number from another phone it rings once the phone used to dial home, line crackles then nothing. No ringing at home. Have tried the test my line but says it cannot find a fault. Tried the on line chat and have been waiting for over half an hour for an agent! So resorted to this.
Can a fault be lodged please

Thanks Chris. The post was more out of frustration with the online chat - it took over 1.25 hours to get an agent!
Now being fixed by Openreach - problem at the exchange apparently
