I placed my order on the 10th October,was told it would only take a week.Then Openreach found a problem....everyday this week I have been told to wait another 2 days, another 2 days, another 2 days...I'm still waiting and have been told today to wait another 2 days... apparently openreach have escalated the problem since Monday...I'm still waiting!!!
