Unlimited UK Calls Boost was added to my Bill without my knowledge, I did not request this, seeing as we do not own a landline telephone. How do I remove it?
It sounds like you probably had the boost on your account but it was discounted for free, and that discount has now ended, You should be able to log into My Account and remove the boost from there.
