Sorry, we don't know how to test the phone directly at the test socket
We only have until 10:30 on Wednesday to book an engineer appt
I am trying to book an engineer but keep getting this reply:
"We’ve run into a problem. Sorry, we’re working hard to resolve this issue. Please try again later."
We cannot send or receive calls on our Landline, so would be grateful if you could please help.
My sister died at the weekend and I need to phone lots of family & friends!
