Phone line down for past 2 days, broadband is fine. How do I test the line or get this sorted?

Hi @Niki67 I'm sorry to hear that you are having issue with your phone line, we currently have phone line issue for Full Fibre customers. Our specialist team are working on this as priority to get it sorted as we having an incident.

At the current moment we do not have the timeframe as to when this will be resolved however our specialist team are working to fix the issue as quickly as they can and you will be notified once this is fixed. You will be notify as soon as the issue is resolved.
