I have recently upgraded my Internet to the fiber optic 150 package but my landline has stopped working need some sort of adapter any advice would be great thanks

In that case, just make sure that Personal Information is complete in the profile area and staff should be able to sort one out for you.
Go via your avatar; settings; drop down menu....complete information in Personal Information and SAVE CHANGES.
Staff will be on here some of the day on 31st and regular times from 2nd January.

Yes they said we could carry on using the line but need some sort of digital adaptor to connect to the eero WiFi box
