Phone not working / no dial tone

I got an upgrade to Fibre 150 about 3 weeks ago.
Everything worked ok, both the broadband and the VoIP phone.
Now, the phone line has no dial tone. When I call the number on my mobile, it rings but when I pick up the phone, the line just keeps ringing. As I said, it worked fine a few weeks ago when first installed.
The router is the TalkTalk Sagemcom Fast 5434 and the Digital Voice box is the Grandstream HT801. All 3 lights are on on the DV box, and the router says my phone line is connected. The router even records the calls I'm trying to make from my mobile.
Any clues??

But guess what? It's now working!
I restarted everything, and there was still no dial tone, but I remebered the manual for the Grandstream HT801 says something like "allow up to 1 hour for connection" - so I did and now it's working. 😎
