Hi I have £100 credit on my phone bill every month but I don’t even have a phone plugged in, only use broadband.  Shall I reduce this or can I get rid of it?

@Elaine601 Do you want us to change the usage limit to £0?

Do you mean the allowance, @Elaine601? That's a cap on what is advisable to be spending, it's not credit in the sense of cash.

It's to help people avoid running up excessive bills, so you'd get a warning approaching it, @Elaine601.

Unless you want to be warned a lot sooner, I'd just leave it as it is.

If you never plug in a landline it's just not going to matter anyway.
