Despite our attempts to contact you and resolve the matter, we've not received any response to our previous communications. We reached out on 26/08/2024 and followed up with a reminder on 09/09/2024, but unfortunately, we haven't heard back. As a result, without your involvement, we've been unable to fully resolve the issue you raised'.
I am fully involved. So... here are facts. I spoke at length to a woman on the 26th & 29th August and she promised to continue to try and resolve the issues above-mentioned. We have heard nothing since, and the problem of intermittent broadband and no telephone line is unresolved. Please note also, that I told you I have someone of impaired cognitive ability living here also.
