Account has been cancelled and notified due refund of £14.57. Cannot access anything on line as account cancelled how do I get this refund?

I hope you've managed  to sort your refund

I asked for a cheque  which the said was processed in the 13th of May 2025 I'm still waiting on it 2nd June,  on ringing them they say I have to phone the police and tell them I haven't received the mail 😐  police understandably say taht talk talk can see if I cheque has been cashed and uts a waste of police time 

It's a joke waiting  days and days again for reply saying because the sent a cheque they no longer owe me anything even though I haven't received or cashed any cheque absolutely  ridiculous process 🙄  hope your having better luck

@Nurse1, with this being said, I firstly do apologise for any difficulties for this but alternatively, you can get in touch with our voice department using 0345 172 0088 Monday - Friday 9am - 7pm ; Saturday - 9am - 6pm ; Sunday - Closed as the team will be able to further assist with this matter.

Sorry this is not an option to set up a direct debit. This account was paid monthly at post office as user is 83years old and can’t work with direct debits. This is absolutely shocking service please refund this immediately by cheque!

@Nurse1 I can see that you have a credit available however we are unable to send you a cheque as we no longer process cheque refunds. Please set up a direct debit on MyAccount so that you can be able to receive the funds and thereafter you can cancel it.  See below article with refund process.
