Hi, I recently upgraded from full fibre to fibre 150 with voip, 

I thought my current land line phone would continue to work, however this is not the case.

What do i need to do next?

Have you got a Hub 2 (Sagemcom with a phone slot lurking in the back) or Eero (needs a Digital Voice Adapter in addition, for getting the phone to work).

 

Make sure that you have completed your community forum profile details, @Russhari, for staff to identify your account. Go via your avatar, settings, to complete the Personal Information area and SAVE CHANGES. 

 

Staff will respond after the weekend.
