Hi, I recently upgraded from full fibre to fibre 150 with voip, 

I thought my current land line phone would continue to work, however this is not the case.

What do i need to do next?

Hi Russhari,


I can see that you've now updating your profile. For your voice service to work you'll need to connect your digital voice adapter (DVA) to your eero, and connect your phone to your DVA. If you need any further assistance please let us know

Have you got a Hub 2 (Sagemcom with a phone slot lurking in the back) or Eero (needs a Digital Voice Adapter in addition, for getting the phone to work).

 

Make sure that you have completed your community forum profile details, @Russhari1, for staff to identify your account. Go via your avatar, settings, to complete the Personal Information area and SAVE CHANGES.
