What is the process for changing from PSTN to VoIP?

I am a TT customer although not currently in contract. What is the process for the changeover? I would like to start planning the work I would need to complete (such as possibly need to move the master socket, look at how analogue extensions are connected).

 

Any information would be gratefully received!

The basics are that Full Fibre needs to be installed first. At which point you will have some say about where the new termination point enters your property. The master socket will become redundant. And your analogue extensions will no longer work.
