caller ID not working

my caller ID has not been working for 3 weeks.

 

i have seen other suggestions in the community hub that suggests i remove 'caller ID' from my account and add it back 4 hours later, but i cannot find this option in any of my account drop downs.

 

please help i am elderly and not knowing who is calling, or has called is a real frustration.

OK thanks. Could you dial 17070 from your landline and confirm that the number read back to you is your telephone number

hello Chris,  caller ID is still not showing up. when the phone rings it just says "incoming call"

I've just re-added caller display so could you give it an hour and  then retest. Please let us know how you get on

Thanks for trying that. I'll try removing it and re-adding it, so I'll remove it now and add it back on in a few hours
