I am not happy when you say there is an extra £3-00 from April, you are already charging more than other companies. I shall be looking to change if this increase goes ahead.

Annual price increases are being implemented by most companies in April each year.

 

We actually introduced the cheapest increase last year of 7.7% compared to 7.9% by all others. 

 

Sorry that you are unhappy.

The contract you signed up for details how much of an increase will be applied. In April next year it may be 3.7% plus RPI (I think that is the criteria) or £3 depending on when you took out a contract or if you are out of contract.

 

All ISPs will be making a charge similar to this going forward as contract terms must now show an amount going forward for clarity so wherever you go your contract will include such a clause.

 

If you are out of contract it may be worth your while calling the loyalty team for a better price.
