I have no dial tone on my home phone - have tried all the things the online help suggests.

When people dial my number it sounds to them like the phone is ringing but nothing at our end.

Internet is still working but very slowly.

How do I get help to fix the problem?

I'm sorry to hear this.

 

The line test has detected a potential line fault so I have escalated this over to Openreach to be investigated by a line engineer.

 

We should receive further updates within the next 48-72hrs.
