It is best to start your own topic, there are sometimes issues with managing call Boosts via My Account.

Hi Arne - I too am having the same problem with cancelling or amending the Home Phone Boosts and there is no way to cancel this boost.

Are you able to log into My Account?
It should be under My package and add-ons, then scroll down to My Services.
