overcharged international call

hi i have £14 international call boost,

last bill i got charged for a few of them. (not over one hour ones).

what's happening ?

Looks like you exceeded the allowance of 1500 mins last month.

Did you renew your contract recently, @vgoyeneche?

 

Check that the boost is showing in your My Account.

 

Not all countries are included in the boost.
