Hi,

 
You sent us a letter dated 3rd Feb 2025 to say our landline is changing as it is provided by an old copper line and gave us 3 options.
On 10th Feb 2025 I rang you and spoke to Nena and asked if we could go with option 3 (Keeping the phone line and using our full fibre to make calls connecting directly to our router)
 
On 31st March 2025 you wrote to us again to confirm the above and to say there is a delay in switching and you would contact us as soon as possible.
 
I have contacted yourselves again after this to try and keep my monthly cost down. The best you could do was to keep my monthly amount roughly the same but take away the old copper phone line. So shortly after this we had no home phone signal which isn't a great issue as we believed sometime soon we would be able to connect to the router to make calls. This still doesn't seem to be enabled..
 
Can you throw any light on this matter please?

Hi there @scoots216 so just to confirm you would like to reinstate your telephone service and the time one of our agent was renewing your contract, did you say that you would like to keep your telephone service?
