Hello.

My mobile phone is old and uses a Standard SIM (15 x 25mm).

It's recently started acting strangely (like not always sending texts, suddenly restarting sometimes when I try to answer a call and turning itself off for no reason), so I think it's now time to get a more modern phone that can access the internet.

However, more modern phones use a Micro SIM (12 x 15mm) or a Nano SIM (8.8 x 12.3mm), so how do I get my exisiting number transfered onto one of those?

Having bought my new phone, just popped along to my network provider's store and got them to sort it for me.

You might need an appointment if you want them to move much stuff across that's saved on the old phone, @Pugs_on_the_Moon.
