I  work from home for a company that are filtering hyperlinks through Mimecast and any hyperlink I am  trying to load is giving me the error you - can't reach this page.  My company have tested it on a different connection and everything works as normal.  This has only recently started to happen.

I understand, I will look into this for you, to run checks on your line, can you confirm if you are at home to be able to proceed?

I think its just links from items when I am working.  This is an example of the url url.uk.m.mimecastprotect.com I am trying to access news items from North West Business Insider <northwest@insidermedia.com>

Thank you for getting back to us, can you confirm if you are only having issues with the links from work or are there any other sites that you are not able to access, giving you the same error?

Hi,

Which router do you use? If its an Eero, do you have the Ad Blocking enabled under advanced security? If so try turning this off as we have seen issues using hyperlinks on searches in the past and this may help.

If not, do you have Kids Safe enabled? Can you try adding one of the hyperlink domain to the exceptions and try again.

You are in the staff's queue for a response.
For a quicker reply can you please ensure you have your personal information up to date in your profile including your TalkTalk landline phone number so your account can be traced. Link here - https://community.talktalk.co.uk/t5/user/myprofilepage/tab/personal-profile:personal-info
If you are unsure of your phone number, you can find this in My Account or dial 17070 from your landline phone and this will confirm the number for you.
You can also add your account number in the private notes field, which only you and the support staff can view.
Please post back when done.
Thank you
