I want to complain this is a DBP breach as you set internet up in my home two years ago and yet you still have been sending information to my old address. This is so stupid and I can't believe this has been happening. It's been a struggle to rectify getting into my account to access the information and to can check, I've only just managed to get into it. Your system isn't very good and doesn't navigate well and your customer service is shocking and tried to speak to a human to resolve which was unsuccessful. I am fuming you have been sending information of my details to my old address and your that incompetent to send it to a different address not even querying there are two addresses. This has led to fraud happening in my name and an account being set up with my details for a financial institution this is unacceptable. I expect to compensated for this you've caused undue dress and anxiety and I've got health implications that reacts to stress. Can you get back to me asap with a resolution.

Do you mean a incorrect Email address , or we have been sending bill via post to the wrong postal address?
