KIDS Safe settings do not work

  1. I have fibre: TalkTalk sent me an eero 6 router which is incompatible, it is not plugged in to my ONT.
  2. I have made the online settings to kids safe to stop p*rn being viewed and have enabled a HOMEWORK period
  3. I received an email saying the settings were accepted by TALKTALK
  4. I checked the settings online and they are correct
  5. The KIDSAFE service does not work at all in any respect. My children can still see p*rn. It is UNSAFE.
  6. I have turned off the fibre connection for 30 minutes
  7. I have cleared caches on all devices (not that it will ever make any difference to an external network setting)
  8. I have restarted all devices numerous time.

Please do not post replies asking me to make changes to my PC. this is a network-level problem that TALKTALK need to resolve. It has nothing to do with my devices in my house.

Hi smarkgee_, I've just turned off kidsafe in your account. Are you still unable to access the sites?
