I can log in to my account but My security does not work. When I select it, I get the message below. I have tried the chat, but My security still does not work. Please can someone fix this!!!!!

Check if there is a typo in servicetalktalkcoukaccount.

 

  • If spelling is correct, try running windows network Diagnostics.

Michaelco, could I just check that you're using this URL  MyAccount (talktalk.co.uk)?

Please log in to My Account if you need to view or pay your bill, manage boosts and track your usage. From My Account you can also check your connection and test your line for any issues in the Service Centre.
