Hi 3mma80, there's an open incident for this issue. We've not been given a date for the fix to be implemented.

Hi fitzyyy, I've logged in to your MyAccount and have turned off and on or on and off all your HomeSafe settings you'll have received notifications by email when I turned it on and off. If you're still having trouble please let me know.
