Scam Survey from TalkTalk?

Got an email personally addressed to me from

Sam Nunn
Research Manager
TalkTalk Research Team.

 

I copied the link expecting it to be a TalkTalk specific survey but first question asked who my broadband supplier was which seemed strange

2nd asked who I used for my TV.

At this stage I gave up and exited.

 

Then noticed it did not come from a TalkTalk email address but omnisis.co.uk domain.

 

Seems very odd.

 

Is this a scam?
