Supersafe and FSecure

Hoping someone can help me... I have the same problem as SueBBBBBBB18 post of 23.11.2023.  I recently took out a new contract with TalkTalk which includes Supersafe for £2.50 per month.  I've been trying for days to get into my Supersafe and F Secure account.  Passwords are different for both the above accounts and they are not recognised.  Filled in a request to change both passwords and haven't received the emails. Many thanks for listening.

Hi Trish72, have you checked your junk and spam folders just in case the mails have been diverted to those folders?
