I have talktalk security boost and I put the talktalk security app on my laptop taskbar however when I click on it there is no response? I have in the past been able to click on and do a quick scam check but now the app doesn't respond, any ideas? I have tried to go into my account and download the app again but get the message that it is already installed.

Hi query123, the best trick is to remove the software from the laptop using the Fsecure Removal Tool. Once that's removed make sure it has no other AntiViruses installed, some come with one as part of the package.
