so after what seems ages last night, inputting all my app log in info and setting up the 4k box..I ''turned it off'' with the remote ( red light on ) and when I came to use it today...I had to re input ALL my app log in info ...Why ?
and for some channels when I have ''rejected analytic / tracing requests'' I cannot view the channel...
any ideas please ?

I've not experienced this myself, My box here has retained the log in info for the apps I use.
Try a factory reset. then set up the box from scratch and see if this happens again.
