4k hub was sent to me on the renewal of my contract i found that you can not record with the hub ask

renewed my contract ws sent the new 4k hub found out on deliverly that you can not record with it asked for a 4k box and was told that they no longer send them out seems odd that you cant have a box so that enables you to record as catch up is not always convenient

TalkTalk haven't provided a recordable box for 3 years now.

 

Whilst the Netgem 4k box fid allow recording to a usb stick it was very limited in capability.

 

I understand that the TV Hub is no the box of choice.

 

If recording is important to you, you can purchase your own recordable box, cancel the £5 charge on your contract and return the box.
