BBC TVchannels not working

IS this meant to help or give me a break down!!!

I need a person to let me know (when I have a good working roof Ariel checked thoroughly on Wednesday this week)  why my reception is non existent or briefly existent and then breaks up with all the BBC tv channels? The TV says search YVM4302

Have you tried the aerial direct to the TV to check the reception of the BBC channels ?

Have you tried retuning the box?

Hi @mother2 I'm assuming your aerial is plugged into a set top box, have you tried it directly into the TV? If you still don't have the BBC channels maybe their transmitter down. If you do the TT team will be able to help you.
