Channels Disappeard

I have Fibre 65 package with You view box.

yesterday all channels disappeared and it would not run an reload.

the search feature didn’t move. So we unplugged aerial and went old school by plugging aerial directly into TV.

is box faulty? 
help needed as we are loosing feature of Youview box.

Try the Youview Maintenance Reset  as advised and see if this helps.

Can you try the maintenance reset of your YouView box that keeps all recordings? TalkTalk has not made this box for a long time now, so will not be able to replace it for you.

The TalkTalk Community has now moved to a peer-to-peer support model. This means that the TalkTalk team will no longer be here to support with queries.
