I have recently received a new box from Talktalk. Since then I have been unable to access my Sky sports package which is supplied through Now. Talktalk say that the package is ready to use, but I cannot access it. Nobody seems to want to help.
Please log in to My Account if you need to view or pay your bill, manage boosts and track your usage. From My Account you can also check your connection and test your line for any issues in the Service Centre.

Are you able to access NOW via other devices? Have you logged into NOW with your username and password on the new box?
