Error code ovp_00011

Since a recent talk talk update when I try to get into Now TV I can log in but can't play anything due to error code OVP_00011. Has anyone else had this problem and figured out how to fix it?

Thanks for the link to NOW - I couldn't get past their chat bot yesterday. Apparently it could take up to 72 hours to resolve. I'll update when I can in case it's useful to anyone else in future.

Hi, I'm trying to watch through the app on my TV. There's very little out there on Google about it but one post last summer said it was related to an update on their TV which was why I wondered if anyone else on talk talk was having the same problem. The error code doesn't exist on the Now TV website.

What device are you trying to watch on? Have you searched for that error code on e.g. Google?
