It's as Keith says, we have not issued these boxes for 3 years now, and if the box has failed it cannot be repaired or replaced. Give our teams a call and see what offers they have for a new 4K TV Box. If out of contract currently, they will ask you to renew,

Sounds like it is faulty then. TalkTalk does not do these any more. They offer a streaming-only 4K box that you can see if the Loyalty Dept (0345 1725157) will give you a deal on or not, if you want. Alternatively, you will need to source a Freeview recorder yourself.
