So i have an oldish Youview box that is playing up. - Often voices are out of sync (until i switch off and on again) and it sometimes fails to record. I would like to upgrade it to the 4k box which is offered at £5 - so here's my question I already pay £5 for the "Manage TV" add on but do not have any added channels (like NOW, Netflix etc) Can i cancel this and simply get the new box without paying any extra? Sorry, have tried to speak to CS but had no luck.

Any former TV charge would be removed and replaced with TalkTalk Entertainment at £5 per month to cover the rental of the new box.
