I have a tv hub, I keep getting an error when trying to access ITV channels. I get a message “No Stream, no picture” it only happens on itv channels

Notification emails are from a No Reply address and so no one can read any emails sent to that address!

Oh, as you mentioned stream I assumed the app wasn't working.

 

Have you tried a retune of channels?

 

If so and you take the aerial out of the box and plug directly to the TV does ITV show correctly?

 

If so and you still cannot get on the box, with the aerial out retune the box. You will get zero channels. This will clear the memory. Then retune with the aerial back in.

 

If that doesn't work then I'm afraid it's try the factory reset.

Not sure if my reply was sent.

interestingly I have just tried to watch live tv through the ITVX app and it works fine. My problem only occurs when I try to watch itv through the guide

This sounds odd.

 

Have you tried updating apps from the settings menu?

 

You could try a soft reset by holding the on off button down until it restarts.

 

Other than that, the only other options is to do a factory reset from the settings menu as this will update all the software and hopefully solve the issue.
