I have a box that is not now compatible for ITVx it is DN372T. Please can you send me one that i can get it on free of charge.

Hi Carol

 

ITV made the decision not to bring the new ITV X App to some older devices, and this also includes the legacy TalkTalk TV Boxes.  This was a decision solely by ITV and outside of our control.

This will explain how you can upgrade to the new TV HUB.

You need to phone and possibly recontract.
