Which box do you have?
Vist the Freeview site and confirm there is no maintenance work on your region transmitter.
Hd channels are usually the first to go if weather affects the signal, but as the TV is ok you could try a retune.
Remove the aerial and perform a retune. You will get 0 channels but it will clear the box memory. Then reconnect the aerial and tune again.
