Netgem 4K TV box reverse colours

Quite regularly I switch my box on and the colours are reversed. To rectify this I either have to cut power and reboot or go to settings and change the resolution. What is wrong?

Hi

This is usually a poor HDMI connection.  Check the cable is seated correctly at both ends, try a different cable or HDMI port on the TV and see if this helps.

It could be a HDMI handshake issue, try swapping HDMI cables, or even just reversing the one you have.
