New TV hub

I have plugged in my new TV hub and  have power to it and turned on my TV but the new remote is not doing anything . I can't get further than input selection list and you view in the top left corner of the TV. Please help.

Hi,

 

Are you still having issues or have you resolved this?

 

Do you have your aerial connected?

 

Did you get as far as setting the box up to the internet and was this successful? Having YouView in the top left corner suggests not as this would read TalkTalk after connecting.

 

It sounds like it hasn't connected to the internet to complete the installation.

 

Try a reset using the information in the following link and let us know how you get on.
