@NikkiNoo, a quick search brings up the TV box type as the Talktalk Hub, rather than one of their previous boxes. 😊

It's not possible to see what brand of box that model number is, @NikkiNoo, so helpful if you can specify. 

Talktalk doesn't always have stock of remotes these days.

It will speed things up if you make sure that you have completed your community forum profile details (via your avatar; settings; Personal Information. SAVE CHANGES).
