New to tt hub. It set up and worked fine for 6 days, then lost sound followed by pic .3 hours on helpline, New hub ordered and its arrived and the problem is the same. It boots up with a youview logo then goes blank black, and that's it. Helpline don't seem to know answer

Have you tried a different HDMI Cable ?
Do you also have another TV at home to test the Hub with ?
