No TV signal

My live TV channels say they don’t have a signal and don’t work.
i can only watch catch up or live tv via the apps
how can I fix this please?

Which box do you have?
Have you tried a retune?
What happens if you plug the aerial directly into the TV bypassing the box?
Do you get all channels or are a number of channels missing?
If the latter this would suggest an issue with your aerial and you will need to contact a local installer to rectify.
