Talktalk cancelled my Nowtv membership in July (the member of staff was meant to cancel a different boost that had been added to my account without my agreement ). Since then I have been unable to get my Nowtv membership reactivated. Numerous contacts via the chat function have achieved nothing. It's on my bill, so I am paying for a service I cannot use. In fact there are 4 entries for this on my current bill. I raised a complaint at the end of September but this has not fixed the problem. Promised phone calls to me do not happen. This is beyond a joke. I feel as if the complaints team hope the problem will go away. Any day now I plan to raise the complaint to the industry regulator.
