Hello 

 

I've just swapped from a talk talk TV box to a hub, my on demand you view recording programs have disappeared, can I get these back or is it on the hardware only ?

My TV watch list is per box not per account. You will need to create anew on your Hub.

 

You mention recordings, but not sure if you mean actual recordings. Just to mention the TV Hub does not record, it only streams.

 

You can use both boxes on the same TV but will need a separate aerial feed to both. You can buy a cheep splitter and leads from local supermarkets and markets.
