Hello

 

A button on my Talk Talk TV remote has stopped working.

 

How can i get a replacement?

Yes, they must now be using returns labels for the box.

There was no returns bag but there was a return postage label. I assume im just to return it in the box?

Hi

 

That's the remote for the 4K TV Box.

 

We don't carry stocks of the individual remotes, so I'll have to replace the whole unit, but you can swap the remotes when it arrives and send back the box in the provided returns bag.
